Suman Gopalan
Suman Gopalan is the Chief HR Officer at Freshworks and is responsible for translating the motto of “happy employees means happy customers” into action.
Suman joined Freshworks in 2018, and is responsible for leading the overall talent strategy for Freshworks, and oversees all aspects of HR including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, Employee Experience, and Workplace experience. Suman and her team are also responsible for preserving and scaling the unique culture of Freshworks, that enables team members to bring their best and be their best at work.
