Yes, attitudes about AI are changing. Yahoo reports on a study of 430 UK companies reveals how COVID-19 has changed business leaders’ attitude towards artificial intelligence. Automation and AI are looking like “smart investments” in the face of a global economic crisis.
Swiss Cognitive reported that “AI technology is one of the most dominant themes among recruiters. AI-based technologies can analyze, predict, and diagnose better to help HR teams make better decisions.” But, AI is also impacting the entire employee experience.
